Little Oaks was founded in 1983 by its current Director/Owner, Vicki Pontremoli Courville, and has grown through the efforts of a conscientious and stable staff.
Little Oaks is academically approved by the Louisiana Department of Education. This requires meeting standards in curriculum , staff training, lead teacher evaluation, and child/teacher ratios. Additionally, we are inspected and approved by the Louisiana Department of Education licensing division for safety and health and by the Louisiana Department of Health and Sanitation.
